St. Kopris of Palestine
Saint Kopris of Palestine was raised by monks after being abandoned as a baby near the monastery. A nearby goat would regularly leave the herd and descend from the mountain to feed the baby, and did so until he could eat solid food! St. Brigid of Kildare
Saint Brigid of Kildare was an abbess of a large monastery, but still helped tend the cows and sheep. Under her care the cows produced three times as much milk as normal cows!
